These services may include overnight care, 24/7 support, traveling with the family domestically or internationally, and providing expert parent and lactation education. As a Newborn Care Specialist, we bring advanced knowledge and specialized training in all things related to newborns. Our services extend to exceptional overnight care, handling baby laundry, stocking the nursery, cleaning and sterilizing bottles and pump parts, preparing formula for the next day, and maintaining a detailed record of the baby's activities. We also offer gentle sleep coaching, implement custom daytime and nighttime routines, teach calming techniques, review safe sleep practices and environments, assist with nursery setup and organization, and provide guidance with registry selections.

Our Newborn/Baby Coaching service is designed to provide families with expert guidance and support as they navigate the early stages of parenthood. Whether you're a first-time parent or simply looking for reassurance, our baby coach offers personalized, hands-on assistance to help you feel confident and prepared. We focus on everything from establishing healthy sleep routines and feeding practices to soothing techniques and developmental milestones. With a deep understanding of newborn behavior and needs, we work alongside you to create a customized plan that supports your baby’s growth while ensuring peace of mind for your family.

Providing care for the family by helping with an array of tasks that may include assisting with baby care, parent education, lactation support, light clean up, setting up and maintaining baby changing stations, cleaning bottle and breastfeeding supplies, preparing nourishing snacks for the mom, running errands, assisting with a feeding and postpartum plan, helping to manage visitors, teaching calming techniques, helping to identify postpartum depression, provide resources for situations that are “out of scope” as a postpartum doula. Shifts are typically 4 to 6 hours.

Generally speaking, a baby concierge service helps expecting and new families prepare for their new baby. This service typically includes things like creating a baby registry shopping for baby products, preparing and organizing a nursery, being a community resource and more!
